FINE 2ND HALF PERFORMANCE GIVES HARE'S WIN OVER LOCAL RIVALS

The match started with the Hare's having the better possession and they created the better chances without success until the 15th minute when against the run of play the Home side opened the scoring with goal from their Timothy Sogunro .
The match was evenly contested after this but in the 30th minute United forwards created panic in the Borough penalty area and their defence only managed to re leave the pressure by kicking the ball out of the box to the Hare's SELDYN GRANT who hit a fierce shot into the corner of the net before anyone could react.
The home side could have regained the lead as they created the better chances after this but they were kept at bay by Red's defence and the teams went in the break level.
The Hare's started the 2nd half strongly and they were awarded a free kick in the opposition half in the 57th minute and from this CHRIS MILLS played the ball to the far post were it is headed home by DANNY BENNELL to give the Hare's the lead.
Borough tried to fight back and were unlucky not to equalise when their shot hit the bar and the rebound was cleared off the goal line, However this was their last chance they had of getting back into the game as the Hare's MICHAEL CHENNELLS scores from close range in 66th minute and the Red's then score again in the 70th minute when a Hillingdon defender deflected the ball into his own net after being put under pressure from Hare's forwards.
United had a series of attacks after this and Hillingdon were saved several times from going further behind by a string of brave saves by their goalkeeper Alexandru Marganean, Never the less the continual attack from the Hare's earned them a penalty when BEN PORTER was brought down in the box, However MICHAEL CHENNELLS missed the resultant penalty , but the Red's were not to be deigned and they scored again in the 76th minute when HARRY NEWMAN broke away from the home defence and he lobbed the ball over the advancing goalkeeper.
.The final goal of the game came in time added on by the referee when Hillingdon was awarded a penalty and their Paul Somers reduced the score with a well taken spot kick.
