On Tuesday night, we faced Peacehaven & Telscombe in an Emirates FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round replay at Preston Park.

We fell behind early on before Max McLeish bagged his first for the club to equalise!

On the stroke of half time Peacehaven retook the lead through a guided volley into the bottom corner of the net!

The Hares came back out for the second half fired up, hitting back almost instantly through Aiden Swaby, also lashing home his first for the club!

The tie went on to extra time, where the Hares continued to grow in dominance and our fitness began to show. Then as half time edged closer, Aiden Swaby was played through by Steven Green, and expertly stroked his volley in to the back of the net to lead for the first time on the night!

After seeing out the victory, we now face another trip to the south coast to face Lancing FC on Saturday 16th August. Coach travel is available at £10 per seat and will be leaving Preston Park at 10am.
