All age bandings are for 2023/24 season. Max of 3 subs per team.


U7's & U8’s will be in streamed groups that will play a non-competitive, round robin format with all children receiving a medal. Matches will be 5-a-side, with maximum squad sizes of 8. U7 & U8s will play on our grass youth pitch.

U9's and above will play competitive group stages, followed by knockouts for cup and plate competitions with runners up and winners receiving awards. Matches will be 6-a-side, with maximum squad sizes of 9. U9s and above will play on our main stadium first team (grass) pitch.

Facilities & Charges

Matches are played on our senior and youth pitch at our main stadium: Harefield United FC, Breakspear Rd North, Harefield, UB96NE.

We will have professional sports photographers, hot and cold food and refreshments.

Parking in our car park is free but is limited.

All spectators (16 and over) must pay a £3 cash entry fee on the gate. Children are free.
One manager and one coach per team receive free gate entry.

All team entries are £55 per team, payable at the time of booking. Places cannot be reserved without a booking and payment. (£55 includes site processing fee).

*Please be advised that refunds are not available in any circumstance.

Managers packs will be sent a week before the event.
